Priority boarding vs FTTF in charleston

I'm taking the premier cruise out of charleston in October. My premier invitation says that we get priority boarding. I like to get FTTF mainly for early boarding, immediate access to my cabin, and zone 2 debarkation. In Charleston, another huge benefit is that you don't have to wait in that huge long line for parking. Does anyone know if the priority embarkation for premier cruises has all 4 of these benefits in Charleston?

Oh--sorry. Those are Carnival Cruise lines words. I think they are the only line currently cruising out of Charleston. Basically, if you reach 7500 points in their casino in a 12 month period, you get a "Premier" invitation. It's a regular cruise but they have special perks for the premier guests. Faster to the Fun is an option that you can buy to get special perks. There is some overlap and I'm trying to figure out if I need both.

I don't know of any way to guarantee avoiding the parking line in Charleston. With FTTF, we did get priority boarding (but still had to wait in the ridiculously long security line), and we did have access to our cabin right away- although I had to point this out to the agent who checked us in and told us we could not go to our cabin until 1330.

We are platinum so get all the same perks. Once you get into the parking lot line, they will direct you to a separate lane for priority folks. Unfortunately on our last 2 times out of Charleston, that line moved slower than the regular lines, one time they were having problems with the credit card machine, the other was multiple cars that had not put their luggage tags on and were doing it there and holding up the line:eek:

As the previous poster said, there is a long line for security with no priority access but it does move rather quickly. After you get through security, then its fairly quick since there's a separate line. I'd also recommend not taking beverages on board as they usually only have 2 people checking bags and it can create another backup. They are meticulous about opening everything!

Be sure you know your benefits as the people working there are not quite up to speed and will only tell you the normal rules.
