Online check in problems.

Trying to check in online for a cruise in May and can't get through the passport section. Anyone else having problems?

Is your passport good for 6 months beyond travel date? I've seen HAL's system refuse to work due to data entered that doesn't meet requirements.

Are you using IE? -- I had problems with IE when I went to do e-docs.

I had to do them on Chrome.

Not really. They said there have been some problems. Done. Don't have to do it again till December.

Have seen these kind of glitches with their web login in the past. Right now I am not able enter username and password on the iPad. Both with Safari or Chrome.

 

At the same time the login on a Windows PC is working.
