Thank you for your quick reply have a cruise booked for 2017 and already know which one I want to do in 2018.... :) :) we Always book with our travel agent but never seem to get good OBC..

 

You may want to try changing your on board booking to direct instead of your current TA. Celebrity will default to the TA you used for your current cruise unless you check the box for booking direct. Then check with a couple of other TAs for OBC offers (including your own). Make your choice and then transfer the booking to the TA within 60 days of booking. Based on my experience you should be able to get an additional TA OBC of around 8%. You can also ask around on while on your cruise for a TA recommendation with the emphasis on OBC and not other services. I always make sure that the TA I use does not charge a change or cancellation fee.

You can use a similar process if it is not an on board booking.

 

Good luck. It might be time to try a new TA.
