Premium Drink Package-Beating a Dead Horse

I know there are a MILLION threads on these sales right now, but even on RCCL's website, it doesn't answer my questions.

 

We had originally booked the Premium Drink package for DH and myself at $404.00 per person.

Then we got wind ( on here, this weekend ) that the 20% discount, not only applied to the Select package, but also, the Premium. So I called and cancelled my original reservation and rebooked at $310.00 pp:D:D

 

Nowhere do I see if this includes gratuities. Even the small print on Royal's website says NOTHING about the 18% gratuity.

 

Does anyone know if it does?

Did my old rate include them?

 

If so, that pretty much defeats the purpose of the sale.

Ends up being a 2% savings.:mad:

The $404 included gratuities on a 7 day cruise. If all they charged was the $310 then that sounds like it includes gratuities.
