What to Do - Post Cruise FLL

We will be sailing on the NCL Escape May 7 - 14th and looking for something to do post cruise in Fort Lauderdale, as we will be flying out of FLL the following day at 1 pm.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated... Normally plan all activities way in advance but this was a last minute getaway so scurrying to arrange everything.
