Caesar salad at the Tuscan Grill

Ours was more "tossed" at the table since the dressing was already made and they poured it on, then added whatever else we wanted.

This was our also our experience on Reflection last week. The dressing came out of the kitchen, and we were asked if we wanted anchovies or not. It still tasted fantastic.

Ours was assembled at the table. The dressing was pre-made and even poured over the greens as opposed to the greens tossed in the dressing in the bowl. Not what I consider a "real" Caesar where the dressing is made in the bowl with all the proper ingrediants and then the greens added more like how I make it at home :)

We ate there twice on our last cruise and once it was made with pre-made dressing and once a different waiter made it right there. Both were delicious. The second one chopped up the anchovies really fine when we asked him to. Nice touch. Guess it depends on who you have as your server?
