Caves

No, they are not the same place. They are a very comfortable and straightforward 30 minute ride from each other and two different experiences altogether. Cueva Ventana (Window Cave) is a smaller cave but with a simply breathtaking view. It's a smaller, more intimate tour/operation where guides will talk about the history of the area, it's past inhabitants and conservation measures taken within the past few years. This cave is located in private land and was only known to adventurous locals since it had zero facilities. The visitors entrance is located right off the main road (PR10) besides a gas station. You won't miss it.

Rio Camuy Cave Park is a much larger cave system and operation. There's a visitors center where you purchase tickets and wait for a tram that will take you down to the cave entrance. The sheer size of the cave inside is amazing and you will also encounter a huge sink hole that lets in natural light. Both tours are do-able on the same day but the Rio Camuy caves take much longer to tour than Cueva Ventana. If you go during a weekend, I'd recommend you do the bigger cavern first, then Cueva Ventana.

While in the area, why not stop by the Arecibo Radio Telescope Observatory? It's basically located in between both caves and is easily accessible from either one and if you get to the area early you can do all three and make a great road trip.
