Are C&A points awarded for chartered theme cruises?

Hi everyone.

 

I received an email for a chartered rock cruise that will be on one of the RCI ships. If I booked this cruise, would I get C&A points? Not that this would be deciding factor - just curious.

You do get C&A points on the Rock Legends Cruises. #5 sails next year. They even specify in their materials for their cruisers to sign up for Crown and Anchor.

 

I was on the first three, so I still get their emails. (My late hubby was the rocker in the family.) They are 90% booked for next year. Initially, there are plenty of suites and JSs offered to the passengers. Knowing their history, the other 10% will go fast. Super Mario even went on the third one. The concierge told me he had a great time. Very fun event.

 

Don't know anything about the heavy metal cruise that was also on the Indy last year.

Yes. This is the Monsters of Rock cruise - I reached out to them, and they said that you don't get C&A points. But they also told me that most of the good cabins were prebooked by people who sailed on previous MOR cruises :(

 

Oh well, have to get my metal fix another way...lol
