dogbyt Posted May 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2016 I'll be on an Alaskan cruise this summer and I heard that the casino is not open the majority of the time because were not in international waters is this true or false.
Rare WrittenOnYourHeart Posted May 6, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Pretty sure it was open last year when we were at sea and not in port. I don't do casinos so I'm not 100%, but it sounded (and smelled thanks to the nasty cigarettes) like it was whenever we were sailing.
Texasopa Posted May 6, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 6, 2016 On our Celebrity Alaskan cruise last May, it was open as much as it is on a Caribbean Cruise. It was usually open when we weren't in port. The best thing is on Celebrity it IS smoke free.

False. I just happened to have my Compasses on hand from our August/15 Radiance sailing. The Casino was open at 9:00 am on both sea days and after departure on port days. CRUZIN TOM Posted May 6, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 6, 2016 If you are leaving from Seattle, the ship leaves around 4pm. The casino will open around 7:30pm. The ship is far from being international waters.
