Dining packages on Constellation - help !

I am really confused on the speciality dining packages on offer on this ship. I would like to book the 3 or maybe 5 night package but cannot find any information on how this works on a ship with only two speciality restaurants. We last did this on Eclipse which has three. I am assuming Constellation now has Qsine as well as Ocean Liners ( or is it now Tuscan Grille ) . The Celebrity website is no use at all. That lists Qsine, Ocean Liners and Tuscan Grille, all with photos but the deck plans show only Ocean Liners and no explanation on how the package works. Help please !

Connie has Tuscan Grille and Ocean Liners. Not sure if it is planned to convert Ocean Liners or if so when?
