Fastest and most economical way back to SeaTac post cruise?

Cruising with a group of 11 and trying to figure out the easiest, cheapest way to get back to SeaTac post cruise. Cab? Uber? Shuttle? I was looking at Seattle Express's cruise package, but their earliest departure time from Pier 91 is 9:30 am and our group has flights leaving at 11:35 and 12:45 so that's cutting it too close. I'm fine with using them to get around pre-cruise, should we book a private van with them post cruise or just break up into groups and hop in some cabs? Or use Uber? I don't want to be standing at the Pier with 5 cranky children and a ton of luggage waiting for a shuttle to come pick us up.....

Seattle Express. $12 a person $6 for kids

A shuttle leaves every 15 minutes, and they usually start at 7:30 am. I would email Matt, he's pretty quick with replies.

You will need reservations.

I checked with Matt at Seattle Express & was told they start at 7am & run every 15 min until 11am from terminal 91. I received an email from him just today.

$ 15.00 per person

After checking..I found that Seattle Express has some very bad reviews, so I will be looking for other options..
