Sunshine Deck 6 and cabin 6346

We just booked our first cruise on the Sunshine - not the first overall, but our first on this ship :)

We had an aft wrap on deck 6 on the Splendor a few years ago and loved it, so when I saw this one 6346 available on the Sunshine, I went for it.

I saw a few pics and it looks nice. Anyone stay in this cabin? What did you think. How about deck 6? We liked it on the Splendor and the Pride - seemed convenient and fairly quiet.

Sunshine seems to have a strange layout, but then that's what people say about the Splendor and I found my way around okay.

TIA!

We stayed in 6346 last year on the sunshine. The room is an awkward shape but we loved it anyway. The balcony is amazing. We really like deck 6 on the sunshine. We stayed on that deck twice. Its a nice central location so you aren't going to far up or down floors usually.

Great - thanks! That's what I was hoping for! Our room on the Splendor was an odd shape as well and we loved that. Awesome balcony! I like being able to see back and to the side of the ship!

We were in 6344, next door to 6346 for a B2B in January and just off a B2B in 6371. Loved the location and especially the Cabin Steward, Edy. His team was super.

The entire crew impressed us as how friendly they were and how many of them remembered our names and always spoke to us.

One of the other Stewards, Ginna always stopped what she was doing and chatted with us. On one occasion, I passed her on deck 4 and she asked about my wife. I told her she was sitting out on deck 3. She said "I want to see her" and followed me down to where we were sitting and had a nice visit with us.

Enjoy your cruise on the out-of-dry-dock Sunshine.

Thanks! Great to hear! Unfortunately we won't be catching her right out of dry dock = we're not sailing until next Sept (2017). We're doing a Rhine river cruise, then a land trip to Bermuda. The Canada trip on the Sunshine comes next.
