Viking hearts of Normandy cruise

My husband and I are interested in this cruise but would very much like to go up the Eiffel Tower and into the Louvre. We understand there is a free shuttle from the port to Paris, but was wondering if the drop off/pick up is anywhere near these locations. Is there any private tour that can help us with this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you wedded to Viking? All the other cruise lines dock near the Eiffel Tower, which would make these sightseeing plans much easier.

We took this cruise last month. The drop off point in Paris was in front of the Grand Palais; the pick up point was across the street from the drop off, in front of the Petit Palais, by the statue of Winston Churchill. Both points are on Avenue Winston Churchill, near its corner with Cours la Reine. (You will have to take the Metro to get to both the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, however the drop off and pick up locations are about one block from the Champs-Élysées - Clemenceau Metro station.)

Most of the other companies' ships dock about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
