Good evening all -

 

The issue we have been experiencing with the Guest Registration Form not saving properly due to a bug with the language preference has been resolved. Thank you for your patience, we look forward to welcoming you onboard.

Mike, sorry to say but I still can't save my language preference. On my first booking both of us can't save. In the second my wife's language is ok (english) only mine can't change & save.

John - would you mind sending me an email with your booking information, as we are unable to reproduce the issue you are describing, so believe it might be something impacting only specific scenarios.

When I checked our upcoming itinerary maybe a week ago (looking for an answer to a different question) I discovered that we were listed as French speaking -- which wouldn't be impossible but it's a long time since DH has used that language. When I tried to make the change it was impossible. (This was before Mike Moore started this thread.) My TA was able to effect the change and as of this afternoon we are still shown as English speakers ...

We are experiencing the same problem. It keeps saying that I am French and won't let me change it. I am reminded of that commercial where they make the trip of their lifetime to experience Their roots and find out that they are from a different nationality. Do you suppose I am actually French and Oceania knows more than I do? Guess I had better take a crash course in French! All I know now is "oui, oui" and that might get me in trouble. :-)

Mike 2 weeks ago I checked my booking and it showed English. Today it shows French and I cannot change it back. So what was fixed is broken again. Will send you details by email.
