I'm 56 my wife is 52 is their a pop/rock band on board or is their just a band for ballroom dancing we are on her from 3 sept 2016 from Athens to Venice hoping the entertainment suits everybody also is sky sports on board

There will be a live (probably) reggae band on board that will play at the sail away parties. They will also do a couple of spots at Hemispheres disco most nights.

 

The big band will play ballroom music in the Queens Room.

 

Major sporting events will be shown in the Golden Lion on Sky.

 

I think you will find there is something for everybody every day.

We got off QV yesterday - great by the way - and felt the standard of theatre entertainment had improved no end. Not what the OP asked I know, but just a heads up, for anyone interested.

We also got off QV yesterday our first time on QV and thoroughly enjoyed the whole cruise especially the food in MDR.

Last year on Queen Victoria best in-house band we've seen in all our years of cruising - Synergy - Hemispheres packed everry night to listen to them
