heatherandfred Posted May 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 24, 2016 My realtor had a photographer take photos of my home. I really like how this came out. Does anyone know what type of lens would have been used for this shot? Mind you, I can't get in contact with the photographer.
peety3 Posted May 24, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Looks to me like a relatively low-distortion wide-angle lens - maybe a 16-35 on full-frame or 10-x on crop. Maybe 14mm. Probably not a tilt-shift...doesn't look like it needed the magic sauce of a TS. Probably also some good lighting, or good control of existing lighting. xlxo Posted May 25, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 25, 2016 (edited) I wonder if it was a Nikon 10-24mm "rectilinear" lens. http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/10-24mm.htm If you have the original JPG.... you can look up the EXIF info for the lens details. Yep my first thought was somewhere around 15 mm. But I always think in 35 mm full frame and then have to convert to whatever I'm using, been doing it that way since back shooting 35mm, 2 1/4 sq, 5x4, 10x8 etc I find it easier to think in one and convert than try and think in multiple formats. rmalbers Posted May 25, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 25, 2016 (edited) Looks like an HDR shot also. I would get 10mm for APS/C or 14/15mm full frame. Edited May 25, 2016 by rmalbers
