Water and VIFP

I see for VIFP cruisers red and above (2nd cruise)... you get a 1 Liter bottle of water.

 

Is that for every cruiser in the stateroom (as long as it's their 2nd cruise)?

How about kids?

 

I have a 12 and 14 year old, and this will be their 2nd Carnival Cruise.

 

We have 4 in our room, can we expect to see 4 x 1 Liter bottles?
