Luggage Tags

Quick question, I am getting ready to print our luggage tags, when they come up they are in color but when I go to print it changes to black and white. Do I need to print the tags in color? In the past I know I have used color.

No Problem. Black-n-White works just as good as color. (Doesn't look as nifty however.) ;) Save your ink, and print 'em however they come up.

"SKY"

I printed mine in color - but it was the bosses ink. :D

(He saw me do it and didn't fire me so I figure it was OK)

It says right on the print screen that black and white is ok. If you print at work then make sure its color :D

My desk printer only does black and white and the computer knows that so it automatically switches it in the preview. If I print to a central printer it know it prints color and does that for me

On our cruise in January my color ink cartridge ran out of blue while I was printing three luggage tags. Went from purple to pink. It didn't matter; all the luggage made it to the correct stateroom.
