Is 15-25 mph wind too much for a 55-60 ft sailboat charter? Backup ideas?

I'm a little concerned we'll have more wind than we'd like. Any sailors out there with advice? Would you take newbies out that are prone to seasickness in those winds? Winds in forecast ESE if that matters.

What's a last minute good alternative not involving a boat if we need to cancel. I'm thinking beach time but, we do live in FL so have access to beach time.
