Doc2725 Posted June 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 9, 2016 Has anyone stayed in this cabin before? If so, can you provide your opinion on the view of the ocean and aqua theater. Also, provide links to reviews photos or videos? Would be greatly appreciated :-)

SeaHunt Posted June 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 9, 2016 (edited) We had 10719 & 10721 next door on Allure: Very unique staterooms, loved everything about them. So much that we have booked B1 cabins a couple more times since, with next one being Oasis in 11727 & 11725. Here's my husband checking the room before disembarking - of course I was in a rush trying to snap a few shots (that I didn't take all week when I had plenty of time to do it!) Oh, and I have no idea what was on the TV, but that lady doesn't look too happy huh. Kind of how I always feel having to get off the ship LOL Small con could be if you don't like to walk, they are a long walk to the elevators. We didn't mind, just laughed that the artwork stopped about half way down our hall - so no pretty pictures to look at while making the trek :). One tip - don't look down while wearing loose fitting sunglasses. We were standing by the Boardwalk bar one morning (blue tables below) after having breakfast at Johnny Rockets, and a pair of sunglasses came whizzing right by our heads. Looked up and saw some guy standing on his balcony way up frantically waving at us below, yelling "Sorry they fell off my head, I'll be right down to get them"! LOL rakes5 previously posted a lot of good info that I used before booking our first Boardwalk view, including this great chart to see the Boardwalk bed/balcony placement: You should also look at this rakes5 thread that shows lots of pictures and info that is very helpful: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?p=35896120&highlight=boardwalk#post35896120 Edited June 9, 2016 by SeaHunt

We booked for October 30-Nov 6,are in a B1, and didn't get any of those.

Yeah you have to "Sail on or after November, 2016 and enjoy exclusive complimentary amenities" - so you would have to embark on or after November 1. It's too bad by going on October 30, you are going only 2 days before this perk starts. Gee you were so close too! Oh well, you will still have a wonderful time! crabby5 Posted June 11, 2016 #10 Share Posted June 11, 2016 We just stayed in 12723 on the Oasis and the view of the ocean was nice and you can definitely watch the shows. The rooms are a long walk from the elevators and it was noisy at night. The noise was kind of muted but it got a bit loud. We were exhausted every night and would leave the dreamworks channel on to fall asleep so it didn't bother us.
