moki'smommy Posted June 10, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2016 No Alfredo's, no International Cafe, right? Is there anything similar to either of these? I don't need to gain weight on the cruise, but I'm going to miss these outlets! I see Trident Grill and Pizza. And guessing Swirls is ice cream. I know about the sushi place. What else? JohnS43 Posted June 11, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 11, 2016 On the PDF document linked above, it says the following under "Horizon Court:" 5:30pm - Midnight (closed for dinner Caribbean, Crown, Emerald & Ruby Princess Does this mean they're no longer serving dinner in the buffet on those ships? I was just on the Crown and the Horizon Court was busier than the dining rooms at dinnertime. Or am I misunderstanding what they're trying to say? jelenedra Posted June 11, 2016 #7 Share Posted June 11, 2016 I was on the Ruby a few years ago, and the Cafe Caribe section was open for dinner. It was nice....tablecloths and silverware. My last cruise was on the Caribbean in 2014...pretty sure all the buffet sections rotated. We ate in the buffet every night, first time we've done that! jelenedra Posted June 11, 2016 #11 Share Posted June 11, 2016 Diamond doesn't have cafe caribe. I was replying to post #5, regarding Horizon Court being closed at dinnertime on certain ships. Guess I should have quoted them.

Rare Kellyansapansa Posted June 11, 2016 #13 Share Posted June 11, 2016 My husband and I found that the pizzeria and Trident Grill more than made up for the lack of an International Cafe on the Diamond Princess. Horizon Court has plenty of snacks available.
