AmandaKaye79 Posted June 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2016 In the cruise planner, if it says excursion not available for online purchase, please check onboard, Does that mean it is sold out? We booked the excursion online on our last cruise with no problems. Anyone have experience with this message and then being able to book it once onboard the ship? leaveitallbehind Posted June 11, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 11, 2016 It likely is sold out for on line bookings, but they usually hold some spaces for on board bookings. Go to the shore excursions desk as soon as they open after you board and talk with them. Unfortunately there likely will be a line but hopefully you will be able to book the excursion you want. Luvmypetz Posted June 11, 2016 #6 Share Posted June 11, 2016 Holding off on booking an excursion since we have OBC and don't really drink or want to try specialty restaurant. This will be first RCL cruise. Do you have to use excursion desk or are there kiosks or interactive TVs in the rooms to book? Thanks in advance! Voyager class and later have interactive TVs which can be used to book excursions.
nativetexan Posted June 12, 2016 #8 Share Posted June 12, 2016 I got that message while trying to book a turtle related tour and attributed it to the unpredictability of the turtle nesting season. Just thought we'd wait until we were on board. Not sure what you were trying to book. Enjoy your cruise!
