I was wondering how you sign up for this or is it for certain passengers only. If we are able to purchase it, how much is it? If children can go how old must they be?

Thanks!

It is usually offered on a Sea Day during the sailing and you can sign up @ Shorex Desk, upon embarkation (do that as early in case they fill up) - there is a shorter 90 minutes one for Platinum members only covering 3 areas. The paid one is longer at 2 hours, covering 2 additional areas - bridge tour is no longer included or available due to heightened security consideration.

For both the Getaway & Breakaway (we took the free one last month) - cost was $79 per person, same price for adults & children - need to be able to stand & walk, climb stairs & wear comfortable walking shoes with closed toes (no sandels, etc.) No lower age cutoff for children although younger ones would likely be bored. We're allowed to take still pictures in all but the "I-95" corridor area but no videos - an uniformed security officer follow us as part of the escort (we split into 2 smaller group of about 13 or 14 people each) Last year, the paid tour was offered on 2 different sea days.

The info is usually on Day 1 of the Freestyle Dailies - check the Tour/Shorex listing once/if it is open (typically 90 or 100 days prior to sailing) to see if that's published & available to pre-book.

For a sense of what we saw on our tour - here's a direct pictorial link to our recent post.

Of course, I'm sure you've already look at the excellent pictorial review by Gamebee here on just about everything you need & want to know about the Escape - http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2355987

Can we film during the tour?

You can film at each stop. They ask you not to film along I95 where the crew is "out of uniform" and not to film the menu wall (with photos and description of food on the menu each night of the cruise).
