No, you must book a Haven suite (category code starting with letter H).

 

There are even full suites on four ships that are not Haven suites even when the ships do have Haven.

A "mini-suite" is not really a "suite" at all.

 

NO suite privileges at all.

 

It should really be called a "deluxe balcony".
