Wine pairing dinners on Brilliance

I love wine pairing dinners. We will be on Brilliance in October for the Mediterranean cruise followed by the transatlantic. I have done the California Vineyards dinner held in Chops, the wine pairing dinners in Vintages and the Chef's Table on other ships. Are any of these done on Brilliance?

We were on Brilliance last week. Vintages is just a bar on the side of the centrum on this ship. We ate in Chops 3 times but no wine pairing dinner was offered. The only wine pairing dinner was Chef's Table, which was excellent :)
