DeeCT Posted June 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Like I said my docs do not reflect the Change in my reservation, will this be a problem at the port? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
NLH Arizona Posted June 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 23, 2016 (edited) I would call NCL and ask the question, if it were me. Edited June 23, 2016 by NLH Arizona
DeeCT Posted June 23, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted June 23, 2016 I should clarify, the cabin number has changed, just not the type of cabin Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
Coy94 Posted June 23, 2016 #4 Share Posted June 23, 2016 My Upsell to the Haven was similar. The type of cabin you originally booked (mine was BA) stilled remained on the documents. The new room number changed for the luggage tags and the entrance into the port.
Rhea98 Posted June 23, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 23, 2016 I've made changes on two cruises. Each time, my PCC sent an email with the update on a PDF. I'd want to be sure before showing up as screw-up's happen. It's easier to straighten out beforehand. Sent from my Nexus 9 using Tapatalk
Diane123boys Posted June 23, 2016 #6 Share Posted June 23, 2016 definitely call - I upgraded to a different cabin and on the NCL website it was showing the change as soon as I hung up- but with that said I have not checked in yet for this cruise
jimsig Posted June 23, 2016 #7 Share Posted June 23, 2016 I originally had a mini-suite MB. I just did an upsell yesterday to the Family Suite SC and my new Docs say MB-SC with the new cabin number. I figure both that just means it was an upsell from an MB to an SC
zqvol Posted June 23, 2016 #8 Share Posted June 23, 2016 It doesn't matter, the only reason you need the document is to get in the building, after that everything is done electronically.
eatdrinkfly Posted June 23, 2016 #9 Share Posted June 23, 2016 if you've upgraded, they show it as the originally booked category on your document because thats what you paid for. my docs show CATEGORY / STATEROOM: BE-MB / New room number but when i log in online it shows the category as MB in the NCL cruise planner now. so i would say that as long as you see the new room number/cabin type there, don't worry about the paper docs.
