curiousx Posted June 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2016 I promise I have searched for the answer to this question and couldn't find it...hence bothering you nice people with it. Is champagne as freely available on Silversea as it is on Seabourn? Thank you. ps - it's unfortunate that Silversea caviar offerings are seem to available only if you buy a tin. We loved our champagne and caviar cocktail hour on Seabourn but could likely not consume a whole tin of the stuff!
Rare WesW Posted June 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Yes, Champagne is freely available on Silversea. The thread below from March 2016 confirms the champagne we had on the Spirit in February; Heidsieck Monopole Brut or Pommery. Your butler may try to offer your prosecco first, but just let him/her know you prefer champagne. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2332273&highlight=champagne+served
curiousx Posted June 23, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Thank you so much. It's embarrassing to have missed that March posting. I'm not as computer literate as I thought!
vistaman Posted June 25, 2016 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2016 Pommery is far better as Heidsisck Monopole or the Feuillatte on SB however that is also very personal be aware that upon embarkation they offer you a glass of bubbles what is NOT Champagne but prosecco.
