MeeCruiser Posted June 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2016 I'm researching a Mexican Riveria cruise in February of 2017. 1. Does the Miracle keep the hot tubs hot with temperatures above 100 degrees? 2. Does the Adult Serenity pool area have designated hours, and is it open in the evening? I'm wanting a super relaxing cruise where I can read my kindle and soak my feet in a hot tub for a couple of hours in the morning and evening while enjoying a beverage or two. My intention is to not participate in absolutely everything available like I usually do, and it will be my first time on a Carnival Cruise. I've done Holland American and NCL in the past. Any other useful tidbits would be greatly appreciated too. :) Smiles, Mee
riffatsea Posted June 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Hi, I don't know the temps of the hot tub as DH likes them REALLY hot(over 100) and I don't think they are warm enough for him. Serenity is open all the time but you need to get there early on a sea day to find a spot. It is lovely on a port day if you stay on board!! vwrestler171 Posted June 23, 2016 #3 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Serenity generally closes around 11PM.
amsred2 Posted June 23, 2016 #4 Share Posted June 23, 2016 The Miracle has a great hot tub in the Gym area and it is not usually discovered until later in the cruise. There isn't drink service however so grab a drink on your way in. This is not a Thallaso pool so it is indeed free of charge.
