NCL not processing my credit/debit card?

Hi everyone,

I am on the Epic in September. I (thought) I bought onboard credit (confirmation window included) and it never showed up either on myncl as well as on my statement. Last time I called NCL, it was confirmed that I didn't have onboard credit. OK, so I figured maybe I hit the wrong button.

BUT THEN I got Cirque tickets (and paid for them) and they are showing up on my itinerary on MyNCL but are not on my statement again. It's been about 2 weeks. I am using the credit card "function" of my debit card.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks,

Mallory

Even after you get a confirmation screen check your credit/debit card after a few days to make sure the transaction was processed. I had to re-buy a 3 SDP because it was never charged to my credit card. But mine were also not showing up on MyNCL, my first clue of a problem.

Maybe you'd better purchase them over the phone rather than online.

It happens on a regular basis when you try to buy on-board credit. Easiest way to do it is to call.
