The additional perks offered for these category bookings are for cruises after November 2016...They've been offering these for quite awhile.

A friend of mine just did an on-board booking for the Oasis for September 2017 and they told him they didn't know anything about it.

We have the Boardwalk perks on our December 18 Oasis cruise. Maybe they are not offering Neighborhood perks in 2017. Offers are constantly changing, or so it appears.
