I was about to ask the same question. I haven't been able to get into my Voyage Personaliser since this morning as well.

I can't get into VP either.

You cannot access Cruise Personaliser on P&O website either and seeing they use the same IT system in the UK I should say the problem lies there.

Lets hope its soon back online!

It was working for me early this morning, but it was very slow. I read a lot of the BBC news in another window in the time it took to accept the log-on.

The Voyage Personaliser is now back up. Cunard published the following message:

 

"We are sorry that you may have been experiencing problems accessing Voyage Personaliser.

"We are now back up and running, however you may still see some intermittent issues as we continue to bring everything back on line.

"Thank you for your patience."
