How early can you check bags in Seattle with Norwegian?

Hello, we are planning a cruise through Alaska and will be flying in to Seattle around 9:15. Assuming it takes us roughly an hour to get to the sea port, would we be able to check our bags around 10:30 so that we can wander around the city for a little bit? How early can you typically check bags? Does is vary by port or by cruise line?

Yes you can easily check in your bags at 10:30 AM to explore the city.

 

There are several sites within walking distance of the port.
