Internet packages on board

I found the prices for the internet packages if I pre-pay them. How much are the packages if I wait to purchase them on board? Had a problem on board last time when I purchased in advance and I would like to avoid that but it depends on the price.

I also would like the answer to this question.... Best way to purchase a very limited amount of internet? Just enough to check e-mail, really. Is a computer cafe better than just purchasing minutes for me to use on my phone?

Can anyone share what Apps (android) are available on the social media package? Specifically chat apps. I see a list online, but I wonder if it is exhaustive?
