Question about soda on the Cheers program

I can't speak for the Bubbles program, but I can tell you that whenever I bought soda, I simply asked for the can, unopened, and a glass of ice. There was never a problem, not even a startled reaction.

If I didn't ask, I would automatically receive a glass of ice with soda poured into it....approx half a can would fit. Not full value in my opinion. I was charged the same amount for the glass with half a can as I was for a full unopened can.

does everyone in the cabin have to purchase the soda package?

I'm going as a part of a group deal. does everyone in the group have to purchase the drink package? I might be interpreting the info on the website.

thanks

Soda - no

Alcohol - yes, everyone in the same cabin (not group) has to get the Cheers package. To save money, officially book drinkers together as much as possible. Then, on the ship, switch keys however you like.

Well, technically everyone in the same cabin over 21 :)

Didn't have bubbles or cheers, but whenever I got a soda at a bar they gave me the can and a glass of ice - for what it's worth.
