you can say a friend came over the night before and slipped something in my drink and drove us to the port bringing me onboard in a wheelchair telling everyone she has to be druged to fly and when you came out of it the ship had sailed..he will by it really...

The rate for the category BB is only $ 40 more per person at a rate of $ 789 pp (double occupancy).

Deposits are $ 100 per person - a quad would only need to deposit $ 400 for the cabin.

Deposits are fully refundable until final payment - as always with CruCon's policy.

Princess offers insurance that is based on the price of the cruise. Crucon also offer a new insurance called "Itravelinsured" and would be happy to give a quote to anyone interested. Remember, anyone with any pre-existing medical condition typically need to purchase insurance within a week of depositing, but all others do not need to decide until final payment. Princess' insurance does not cover for pre-existing medical conditions so keep that in mind.

Feel free to deposit with a TBA at this time (if you need to find a roomie but want to secure a cabin now). Names must be provided as soon as possible. Princess reserves the right to close any sailing off and restrict name changes.

I think the most amazing part of this new bit of info is that triples and quads can book for only $100pp as well! That is a HUGE benefit to families!!!!!

This is great. I have been reading these boards lately trying to get info on the CP which we are sailing on 09/18/04. I have been used to the Carnival boards having recently sailed the Glory and Pride. The Princess boards are as informative but just a little subdued. UNTIL I read Pammyhounds posts and I have been laughing all afternoon. Welcome to Princess hounds it's fun seeing your plans.

Pammy, we're booking come Monday!!! I do have a question...don't know if you'd know the answer or not. We already have an "open booking" deposit with Princess at $100 pp, which also entitles us to a $50 pp shipboard credit. I was told when we wanted to book, to just give the TA the booking number. Can this still be arranged with the group? That would be great! I wouldn't have to come up with any $$$ right now, and I'd get another $100 shipboard credit!

Well the inside triple should narrow down the choices a little bit. Tammy, you may want to stop at a local TA and just as them for a book. It's easier than using the net sometimes. I just tell them I'm thinking of cruising sometime next year and they gladly give me one!

I can't answer that one, I would assume that the cruise lines supplies the brochures but I couldn't say for sure.

The Hounds started as a group of people who met on Cruise Critic. We all decided to cruise together on the Conquest but that was too far away. So, we planned a pre-cruise cruise and the Hounds were born.

We've decided to expand our horizons and are going on RCI's Mariner of the Seas in September. And now the Caribbean Princess the following September.

Anyone is welcome to join us. Whether you're looking to meet some great people or just want to book for the great prices. That's the cool thing with a group cruise....you can make it whatever you want!
