Staffed lounge for ocean viewing?

A question for you Celebrity experts. Is there a ship that has an indoor lounge for viewing the ocean that is staffed and usable throughout the day? Our last cruise on the Reflection was a huge disappointment because the Observation Lounge was the only lounge with an ocean view and it was normally closed off for private events or art shows or wasn't staffed. On RSSC or SS we have at least one lounge, and sometimes both an aft and forward facing lounge, where we can enjoy the view at any time of day and be served a beverage. We hadn't realized we spend a lot of time in those spaces and it is an essential part of a cruise for us. Celebrity had phenomenal food in Luninae, great night life, nice cabins, good service (where the was service) and a great price point. But the missing lounge is a deal killer. Perhaps there is a different ship where this valuable space is better utilized? We are looking at booking a quick trip in the next couple of months and I wanted to check with the experts on this board before I write Celebrity off.

You are correct that the Sky Lounge is used for many activities and depending upon what is planned there may or may not be staff serving drinks.

 

We have spent time in there when we went sailed through the Strait of Gilbrator, around Cape Horn, into the Tracy Arm Fjord and sailing out of Venice. The Sky Lounge was staffed and serving beverages on these occasions.

On just a regular cruise, one where you're not visiting ports with a naturist or guest speaker on board, the Sky Lounge isn't staffed with bar people. The SL is used for a lot of things during the day, and I've not seen it staffed until the evening.
