St Thomas Shopping & St John Beach

We will be arriving at St Thomas on Oasis at 10 am, departing at 7 pm. We were on an Excursion of St John years ago, and loved the island, but the tour did not include any Beach Time. My question is this, would it be feasible to Taxi to Red Hook, Ferry to St. John and spend a few hours at Cinnamon or Trunk, then return to Charlotte Amalie and finish our day shopping.

 

I know my wife would love to visit St John again, but she also loves the shopping on St Thomas.

Yes. Plenty of threads regarding going to St John and visiting a beach. Taxi to Redhook, ferry to St John, taxi to beach. You may make the 11:00 ferry, but you should probably be on the 3:00 for the return if you want to shop. That would give you approximately 2 to 3 hours at a beach.

I agree with MS411. You should have time to do both if especially if you can catch the 11:00 AM ferry....good luck!
