Lanky Lad Posted July 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2016 I have just looked at the Cunard website and there are not voyages listed between April and October 2017? Seems very odd.
cruiseluvva Posted July 24, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2016 Well, I have one booked in both April and July 2017, so just a "rare" Cunard website issue I suspect :D
Wordzz Posted July 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 24, 2016 I noticed that this morning, too. Something similar happened a week or two ago. I also can't get into Voyage Personaliser - well I can get in and load my booking, but the 'To Do' list on the left of the screen won't load. Been like that all weekend. I dare say it will be working again tomorrow when the IT boffins are back at their desks... It's a shame the website is so flaky, though - feels like it needs some serious investment. Summergee Posted July 24, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 24, 2016 Could they be updating the prices?

Ray66 Posted July 24, 2016 #6 Share Posted July 24, 2016 April until and including October 2017 are still scored through and you can't access cruises for those months.
Underwatr Posted July 25, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Looks OK from here.

Cats2010 Posted July 25, 2016 #9 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Cunard.co.uk works from the continent. Could it not be that prices are decreased following recent political changes and Cunard are now publishing new prices?
Pennbank Posted July 25, 2016 #10 Share Posted July 25, 2016 (edited) Cunard.co.uk works from the continent. Could it not be that prices are decreased following recent political changes and Cunard are now publishing new prices? I am sure the price chages would not just be applicable to those months next year. see screen captures of the different sites .com and .uk see cunard.co.uk screen capture and Cunard.com capture. it glitch ? davyjones Posted July 25, 2016 #11 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Normally when trying to browse to cunard.com from the UK you get re-directed back to cunard.co.uk. Right now the opposite is happening. DJ.

vagporto Posted July 25, 2016 #13 Share Posted July 25, 2016 It's probably due to changes that are deeper than just pricing. Maybe they are rearranging all summer itineraries to accomodate for the possible removal of all Turkey ports.

Maybe they are rearranging all summer itineraries to accomodate for the possible removal of all Turkey ports. Well it might be, I guess, but it's been like that all weekend. It also wouldn't explain why VP isn't working properly. When I rang Cunard they said it was a fault that they were aware of and that IT were working on, but who knows.... Wordzz Posted July 25, 2016 #15 Share Posted July 25, 2016 The UK site came back up briefly just now, and the crossing out of April through October 2017 had gone. However, it's just gone down again, and the following message has been posted: "Undergoing Maintenance. We will be back online shortly. Sorry for inconvenience caused." Wordzz Posted July 25, 2016 #16 Share Posted July 25, 2016 The site is back online now and seems to be working fine again. Oh, and just to confirm that they are still listing Turkish ports (including Istanbul) for summer 2017. Anybody's guess whether that will remain the case...
