Seattle hotel day pass?

Not aware of any hotels in town with day passes - they're too booked up with overnight/multi-night customers.

My suggestion would be to rent a car for the day (National/Alamo and Enterprise have kiosks at the cruise terminals and will shuttle you to the cars.) Throw your bags in the back, use the car for touring around, then drive to the airport and drop the car in time to check in for your flight. You can sightsee in the city or use the day to go on one or more fabulous short drives around the region - ferries, islands, waterfalls, or even to Mt. Rainier.

We are debarking our ship at 9am and our flight doesn't leave until 11:30 that night. Is there a hotel where we can stay for the day, and/or any excursions to take in the meantime?

Though it would not be a true day pass situation, you could just get a less expensive hotel at the airport (Sleep Inn) and drop off your bags and then take the light rail to town to do some sightseeing. Then come back to room before your flight, clean up, and shuttle or taxi to the airport.
