lachelli Posted August 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2016 Hello Will be in in OSJ for Only a few hours on a cruise stop and am wondering if it's easy to pick up some small bottles / half bottles of Ron del Barrilito rum or is it only the larger bottles available. Here in Ireland we can buy liquor in what we call naggin size bottles approx 250 ml) which are ideal for packing in a suitcase as a gifts Thanks

Rare crewsweeper Posted August 4, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 4, 2016 Can' t answer your question on small bottles of Ron del Barrelito, but there's a really good duty free liquor store right at Pier 4 where most cruisers buy their booze. It has the best prices of anyplace in Old San Juan. Most of the smaller mercados and liquor stores have higher prices and smaller selections. there's also a CVS across the boulevard from the piers that has a large selection of liquors and rums. Those would be the places I would try first. If nothing then ask the clerk at CVS where you might locate it.
