Walk on Embarkation Time

Hi All!

I apologize if this question has been asked. I did a search for terms and came up empty.

Ship leaves at 4pm out of Miami. What would be the magic time to be able to get to the pier, check in, have open boarding and also have our room ready, or is the dream of being able to go directly to our room a pie in the sky type of thing?

I know most people like to be there early and get on the ship early, but we prefer sleeping in and goofing off at the hotel pool and not waiting around.

Thanks in advance!

Rooms are normally ready around 1:30... The lines around that time can be hit or miss, meaning that you may walk right through security and be on the ship in no time. Or, there can be a good size line before you even get inside the building... In my opinion, the earlier the better to avoid lines. Show up mat 1:00-1:30 and take your chances...
