Are we the only one?

Recommended Posts

We have been to many of the Islands in the Caribbean, and we still get off and go to the beaches. We usually will get off the ship and walk to the beach, and walk along the beach most of the day. We love walking along the beaches, and it is hard to do in Ohio. The Lake Erie beaches for some reason, just don't compare to the Caribbean Island beaches! :D

Sometimes, we will get off to look at the town for a quick walk, then get back on, and enjoy the peace and quiet of an almost empty ship.

On my last cruise with my husband, we stayed on the ship the entire week. He was having problems walking and we had been to the ports many times.

It was very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony people watching. I liked staying on the ship and also the idea that if we wanted to go into port, we would. I could never do a TA as the idea of having to stay onboard for several days with no option to get off for a while is not for me.
