Top Chef menu night?

Does anyone know for certain what evening the Top Chef menu is on the Summit?

Is this only in the MDR? We will be dining in Luminae, so I don't know if they have a Top Chef menu and if they do is it the same as the MDR?

I thought I saw somewhere here on the boards that it is Tuesday evening, so I reserved Tuscan Grill for that night, but if it is a different night I might want to change the reservation.

No TC menu in Luminae (though you can usu order MDR menu in L if desired)
