RCCL credit card- redeeming for on-board cabin credits

I recently opened an RCCL visa card and plan to redeem points for on-board cabin credit, and this thought just occured to me- if we end the cruise with a credit balance (not likely to happen based on our usual spending habits onboard), would we be able to cash out that credit balance?

We had $200 in credits from our MBNA card and had no problem using it all up. From what I understand, you can go to the casino and take out money on your Seapass card. If you put your tips on the card, that really helps use up some money also.
