Sailing from New York

Could someone please tell me where Princess sails from in New York? I am thinking of booking on the Crown next year. I have read some posts about the New York ports being a little hard to navigate but didn't pay much attention to them at the time. Thanks in advance.

Next year, Princess will sail from Red Hook. From what I understand - they are doing renovations to this pier for next year.

 

This year, they sailed from the Manhatten pier. Hopefully next year will be smoother for disembarking, etc ...
