Rental car from POM to Tampa

Which rental companies pick you up at the Port of Miami? We need to rent a car from POM and drop off in Tampa. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are no rental car companies directly located at the Port Of Miami. Alamo, National, Enterprise, Dollar, and Thifty provide free shuttle service from the port to the Rental Car Center which is located across from Miami international Airport. Hertz, Avis, and budget have downtown locations that are very close to the Port of Miami. Cruise Critic members give conflicting reports of free shuttle service to the downtown locations. I personally use Alamo, Dollar, and National when i need to rent a vehicle. The shuttles circle the port area and return to the Rental Car Center when they are full. Some drivers will ask to see your vehicle reservation before they allow you to enter the shuttle. The ride to the Rental Car center takes approximately fifteen minutes.
