Has anyone done the hop on/hop bus for Taormina

Giardini -we are coming in at this port and I see that this bus service stops here. Has anyone tried it or have alternative recommendations?

I recommend this absolutely . It seems very popular, so much so that the last time I saw it going around there is seemed be some issues with people unable to get on. They only had a couple of these hohos and they are mini-buses rather than the more common full size double deckers. Maybe they bought additional vehicles. Maybe it might be advisable to buy tickets online in advance - although that might not be possible and even if it was, Its highly unlikely this would guarantee you a place over anybody else.

It depends on where you want to go. If your old. Is to go up the hill to the city, which is primarily pedestrian only, I would suggest a local bus. it will drop up you off at the parking lot beside the entrance to the city.
