Premier cruise question

We had an slight issue switching an existing booking to a premier casino offer, but Carnival took care of it. My question is how can I be 100% sure that I am booked under that code and will be part of the fun? I did not receive a snail mail offer, it was under my VIFP offers (so I can't bring the mailing with me).

I had a similar situation. I changed an existing booking to a premier sailing on a different date and the person who did it was apparently a very new employee (my regular PVP was out for two days and I didn't want to wait due to limited availability). He had a couple of things wrong (he tried to cancel the wrong booking, etc.) but I caught them. Both my SO and I have the offer this time, so I printed out the "my offers" page for both of us and will take it along, just in case. I am going to wait until a week before the cruise (August) and also email the casino.
