Alton Brickell Miami hotel for one night pre cruise

Had never heard of this hotel. We normally stay at the Intercontinental. Does anyone have any insight, suggestions? The introductory rate is reasonable. We sail December 10. Thanks

 

It's a brand new hotel and the first in the US from a chain in Chile. It's only got 12 stories. I haven't been inside but from the building itself looks really nice.

 

it's a few doors down from the new Homewood Suites in Brickell. If you look at the slideshow of pictures on the website, the cars you see in the last picture.... that is the back parking lot of the Publix on 13th/Coral Way. There is a publix, publix liquor store and Walgreens all right there. You are also walkable to Mary Brickell Village. And the metro mover stop is not far either.
