Hello All, for those that don't already know, if you are on Faceb00k, I also have Periscoper Group called "Royal Caribbean Periscopers" I post a list there, as well as the RC Blog.

Geeocacher and I work together, to help get the information out there, to get the Scopers some watchers,

And to the Scope Watchers, to have the Enjoyment, of seeing the Royal Caribbean Ships, in Live Steaming Video.

Taking over the Voom Airwaves with Periscope!!!

Seems to work well on the ships with the O3b connection.

Most folks are having good success as long as you have Surf & Stream. If you are Liberty it's not going to work.

With Periscoping on the Royal Caribbean Ships, You will need to get the Surf and Stream Voom Pkg. it is the Higher price one however, always be on the lookout for sale Discounts, and the Higher Crown and Anchor Discount Perks!! I am on a 4 Day Cruise, on 9-26-16, I purchased the Surf and Stream Voom for 30% off, making my total just,$50.00.

 

Voom works Wonderful, only issues I have heard so Far, having a strong enough Signal to Periscope with the Surf and Stream, is from Liberty of the Seas, and the ships that go to Alaska, sometimes the signal is not strong enough to periscope, because of being a remote area.

My Periscope name is CruisingKat

It is, the lower Voom package. which for my Friend, will be just Fine to Communicate with her Family back Home. For myself, I went ahead and purchased the higher package so I could periscope.

This will be my Friends very first Cruise!!! I am very Excited!!!!
